Hello, New York, long time no see you! Fall in NY is pretty special and we spent most of this trip in Central Park, where everybody enjoyed the wonderful warm weather! I was wearing this Vintage trench coat, again this black tube dress, white kitten pumps and this Fendi bag that matches perfectly with the color of the trench coat.
Fall in NY is charming and I will return soon for another fall day in the City!

The first editorial of this new season is here! Upstate New York has something special (colors &views) during the Autumn season! So we didn't miss the chance of a mini trip, relaxing and taking some photos out there. A white on white combination is making a good mix as a first look. I wanted to combine some old chic pieces like this Victorian-inspired high neck dress and a chunky vintage sweater with some pops of colors from this plaid scarf and orange cozy socks. Of course, a hat and some Hunter boots are a must, always! Voila!
FLORAL PRINT LAYERING with Review Australia

Floral dresses are here to stay and because the weather was so nice this week in Philadelphia, I wore this layering of prints from Review Aistralia newest collection and no cover-up was required (not yet). Lately, you saw me wearing other floral dresses from their recent collections Here, and Here and now this adorable blue-white number. Speaking of prints and colors, in today's post I paired a pussy bow polka dot sleeveless shirt with this simple feminine dress, both in blue, navy-white colors. I kept the shoes in the same tone, navy color pumps and yet another floral print added to this look and as a contrast, I added this red vintage-inspired bag from their new collection. Fun fact: this bag comes with 3 ribbons in 3 different colors (black, light pink and navy, which I am wearing today attached to the bag). Isn't this detail lovely and not to mention versatile? Sometimes it's all about the details and I am always looking for them. Another thing that captured my attention on this dress was these adorable sleeves with my all-time favorite length (elbow length).
Because Philadelphia has so many charming neighborhoods and lovely spots, some of them I keep featuring here on the blog, you may recognize some, such as this lovely one with the red door and great architectural elements. It is always in our way but, there are only some particular outfits that I like to wear to take photos here. I felt that today's outfit is so ladylike and matches perfectly with the backdrop! Voila!

Another short trip to New York happened last week, this time was just Bogdan and I this being our first trip without Noah since he was born... was bittersweet...but I have to admit we did accomplish more, being able to move faster :)) A staple vintage sweater in bright yellow color is probably the center of attention. This is one favorite combination of mine: Yellow-Camel either paired with black (for winter days) or white pants/ skirts in the Summer. Choose whatever suits you best. I picked black jeans this time. Voila!

I cannot believe it's the end of the year ladies, and in terms of fashion blogging, it can only mean one thing: the recap of all my favorite 2016 outfits! It's bittersweet scrolling back through all my looks from this year but in general was a great & wonderful year. My style hasn't changed too much comparing with 2015. I wore mostly dresses & mostly vintage, always in that classic and feminine design (the mid "secretary dress") in various colors and prints. I predict that you will see more of these in 2017 as well but until then, here are my most favorite looks. I would like to hear from you if you have one or more favorites from what I listed above!

As you probably noticed, lately I wore so many white and black outfits, like never before. One after another, I enjoyed keeping it very simple and adding just a pop of color here and there. Still, I'm planning to reorganize my Summer closet and to bring back my Bittersweet -Colors because in the end, I can't live without colors.
In today's post, I'm wearing a lovely pleated white skirt that has a wonderful movement and I paired it with nothing else than just a basic white top. Voila!

All black/navy and red pumps combination is quite a strong mix for a normal day like last Wednesday, but I said to myself: why not? There's no need for a special occasion or destination to wear red pumps. All you need is confidence and maybe a red lipstick to accentuate your feminine side. Voila! Now tell me, when have you last worn red pumps?
Rainy weather is always a good excuse to take my trench coat out of the closet. And, when I am thinking to a nude trench, I'm thinking stripes, white jeans and a punch of color ( in this case this Joanna Maxham pink bag ).
Voila! A classic outfit that I wore In Philadelphia this week.

Mid November days call for a cashmere coat ( I also love this long version Here ) and big chunky scarf and I chose all the pieces in a predominant navy- indigo palette. Cozy and comfortable is my first priority but always with a feminine element incorporated in every outfit. These boots are exactly that "it" element to complete the look ( in love with these these ones Here ).
Hopefully these not so freezing days are here to stay for a while and the snowy storms predictions are just rumors.
