As you can see, today's post is all about one of these Newport majestic houses.
- Rosecliff - Is one of the most refined of the Newport mansions, modeled after the Grand Trianon at Versailles. This white palace by the sea was the backdrop for some of Newport's most legendary parties and movies. No wonder that here were filmed scenes from The Great Gatsby, True Lies, Amistad and 27 Dresses. Many of these mansions were restored in the late 20th century so Newport's colonial heritage is well preserved. What a place!
On that day, I wore a simple vintage dress with a mix of stripes and flowers print in a predominant red- white combination; kinda Marin-Esque style, but also feminine.
The travel stories will be continued in the next blog post!

The family photo is one of my favorite from the whole trip Pat :) Noah’s hair it looks a little bit red in photos but is kinda blond -orange :), I know sounds strange .

Veronica, Noah would be adorable even if his hair was green ( now that would be strange). Pat

It takes some work to have all the views just for myself (at least while I’m taking the photos) :)
