I am back with a long set of posts from my trip to Philly where we really enjoyed a relaxing couple of days in the city of Brotherly Love. I have a lot of outfits to show you but today it's all about our hotel room " Will " at the Lokal Hotel, a very spacious loft, completely equipped, where artistry meets comfortable, and the charming location embraces the modern finishes in all the design decor, in one short sentence: Home away from home!
I started these "Portraits in my hotel room" chapter last year when we stayed at the Dean Hotel in Providence, see that post Here and I would like to continue this series in the upcoming trips where our rooms have something special and are worth trying it if you have the chance to visit that city.
One of these hotels is the Lokal in the Old City Philadelphia. I said it before and I will say it again: one of the first things that struck me about this hotel was the attention to all the details: starting with individually named rooms (a total of 6), incorporating great quality products made local in Philadelphia, to the very genius " invisible service" meaning no front desk or other stuff. For me, this makes me feel more comfortable and feel like the room is my own place, even if it is just for a couple of days. The full amenities which includes - kitchen (everything you need and more is there), washer and dryer, audio, video services that you have at home and of course everything else that hotels have in general makes your stay as comfortable as you can desire.
One more important detail that matters to me is the location. The Old City Philadelphia is known for the charming historic homes and buildings, lots of art galleries, unique shops, and countless cafe shops and traces, all you need is there, just enjoy it. I will surely want to go back there again and again...
Here captured by Bogdan are some photos from one morning when we had breakfast and fresh coffee in the room and we didn't rush anywhere...
Voila!

Thank you for your message Audrey and what a lovely coincidence. Lokal Hotel is so wonderful on so many levels and we both had the chance to shot inside :) Thank you for sharing!
