It was one of those perfect New England summer evenings that makes you forget the rush of the world. As the sun dipped low over the harbor, we made our way to Singing Beach in Manchester-by-the-Sea, that little gem tucked along the North Shore of Massachusetts.

Wearing a cotton red and white striped dress that danced in the coastal breeze, I felt like I’d stepped into a painting. Caroline wore the same pattern in her dress, so once again, we matched, something we both love.

The beach was quieter than usual, just a few locals strolling barefoot with sandals in hand, and kids chasing the last of the waves before dinner. We found our favorite spot near the boulders, the same one we love in the early morning hours.

Golden hour here has a way of slowing everything down. Even the most ordinary moments feel cinematic. Manchester-by-the-Sea has that kind of magic. And in a striped dress under the golden sky, I felt entirely a part of it.
