A First Look at Rockport, MA This Summer

There are places you visit once and love, and then there are places that somehow become part of your family’s story. Rockport is definitely one of those places for us.

Every time we come back, it feels familiar in the best possible way. The charming little streets, the colorful houses, the harbor, the salty ocean air, and those beautiful summer days that make you want to slow down and stay a little longer. It’s the kind of place where everyone seems to find something to love, and I think that’s part of its magic.

So, of course, we’re back again this summer, with the family, ready for another season of wandering, discovering, eating, relaxing, and taking in all the beauty that makes Rockport and its surroundings one of our favorite places.

And what better way to start than with a first look?

For this one, I went with a color combination I’ve been wanting to wear more: navy and buttery yellow. Navy has always felt timeless and effortlessly coastal to me, while buttery yellow brings in that soft, sunny touch that feels just right for summer and not only.

The look is simple: Sézane navy blazer, Banana Republic linen navy shorts, a light-yellow cotton T-shirt, and a large striped tote. Easy, comfortable, and relaxed, but with just enough polish to feel a little chic.

Very Rockport! Very summer! Very me!
